This journal entry will be based off this post: Inspiration to create art can come from a wide variety of places and feelings, sometimes from current events and other times from personal feelings or thoughts. There are many reasons and ways to create, but for many artists, regardless of media, inspiration to create art is often found through a passion outside of creating art itself. (That which I underlined above is a revelation to me.) For context: My art is fictional written storytelling. What non-art things are you passionate about? I am passionate about psychology, especially psychology related to romantic relationships. I love love. Why people do what they do, how people got together, what hardships they went/go through, the people's personal backgrounds and how they are/act in the relationships themselves, etc.—every story is fascinating.
